Reel Dating – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Reel Dating mobile app, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Reel Dating LLC ("Reel Dating," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Reel Dating.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your profile.
• Not share your account or login credentials with anyone else.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Service Overview

Reel Dating is a dating application that allows users to create profiles (including video and photo content), discover other users, like or pass on profiles, exchange messages, and arrange dates. We may introduce new features, make changes, or remove features at any time.

Reel Dating is not a background-check service, and we do not verify the identity, criminal history, or background of users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any person or group.
• Post or share content that is hateful, violent, pornographic, or otherwise unlawful.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
• Engage in spamming, scams, fraud, or other deceptive practices.
• Upload viruses, malicious code, or attempt to interfere with the Service's operation.
• Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent.

5. User Content

"User Content" means any photos, videos, text, audio, or other materials that you upload, post, or otherwise provide through the Service.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate any law or the rights of others.

You grant Reel Dating a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to:

• Host, store, use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display your User Content within the Service.
• Use your User Content to operate, improve, promote, and provide the Service.

We may remove or restrict access to any User Content that we believe violates these Terms or applicable law, at our sole discretion.

6. Safety and In-Person Meetings

Your safety is important, but we cannot guarantee the behavior of any user. Use your own judgment and take reasonable precautions when communicating or meeting with others, especially in person. Reel Dating is not responsible for any interactions or disputes between users.

We recommend, for example, that you:

• Meet in public places and tell a friend where you are going.
• Do not share sensitive personal information too quickly.
• Block or report users who behave inappropriately.

7. AI and Content Evaluation

Reel Dating may use automated systems, artificial intelligence ("AI"), or other tools to analyze content, generate summaries, or enforce guidelines. These systems are not perfect and may make mistakes. You agree that:

• AI-generated labels, scores, or summaries are informational only.
• They do not constitute advice, endorsement, or guarantees about users or content.
• We may adjust or refine these systems at any time.

8. Paid Features and Fees

Some features may be offered as paid or premium services. When you purchase any paid feature, you agree to the pricing, payment terms, and billing cycle presented at checkout.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time if we believe that:

• You violated these Terms or our policies.
• Your conduct creates risk or possible legal exposure for us or other users.

You may delete your account at any time in the app or by contacting us at hello@reel.dating. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see our Privacy Policy).

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Reel Dating and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service or any content we provide, except as expressly permitted by us.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, MATCH, OR RELATIONSHIP FROM USING THE SERVICE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REEL DATING AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reel Dating and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Service.
• Your User Content.
• Your violation of these Terms or any law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (for example, via the app or email). Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the changes.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Austin, Texas, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
